The Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland will host a joint press conference with the NAACP about the newly released DOJ report Friday.
The U.S. Department of Justice: Civil Rights Division released the report on the Investigation of the Baltimore City Police Department on Wednesday.
The press conference will be held in front of City Hall at 11:00 a.m.
