A female student at Johns Hopkins University reports she was assaulted in the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house earlier in the semester. She reported the incident on Monday.
She says the man who sexually assaulted her is also a student at the school.
University officials know the identities of both parties and are proceeding in accordance with University policies.
We reached out to Johns Hopkins but they have no further comment.
