Maryland's attorney general plans to fight the ruling allowing a new trial for Adnan Syed, the man at the center of the popular "Serial" podcast.
Syed is serving a life sentence for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee.
An appeal could push a retrial back several months.
