More calls Monday for city officials to do more to deal with the root causes of crime and poverty in Baltimore.

Activists will gather at the War Memorial Plaza across from City Hall with bright red tents to demonstrate their frustration.

They're calling it a "tent city action." They want elected officials to pass legislation creating a 21st Century Jobs Program. They also want people convicted of low-level crimes to have their records expunged to make it easier for them to find jobs.

The demonstration is set for 4 p.m.
