Baltimore Police released new video of a man wanted for murder in East Baltimore.
Mackinley Williams, 53, was shot in the 2000 block of Federal Street. Police were called to the scene at 1:32 p.m. on April 24.
Homicide detectives recovered surveillance video of the crime from a near-by camera.
