BALTIMORE - The Baltimore City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a vulnerable adult that went missing shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.
According to police, 72-year-old Francis Lennie Faustin was last seen 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Kane Street.
Faustin was wearing a green sweater, blue jeans, and tan slippers, police said. Francis is 5' 7" and weighs 105 pounds.
Faustin suffers from Dementia and had on a medical identification bracelet with his name, address, and date of birth.
