A 40-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man were also injured, according to Baltimore Police.

Police believe there was some kind of dispute in the area Thursday night that ended in an arrest, and that the shooting may have been related to that dispute.
"We believe that people know who the shooter is. There's a murderer out there right now who took the life of a 60-year-old woman who, at this point, might not be involved in this scenario," Police spokesman T.J. Smith said.
