A Pearl Harbor veteran who served on a Coast Guard ship now in the Inner Harbor got a tour of his old ship Friday.
Howard “Cookie” Hayes, 96, got a private tour of the ship before it opened to the public.
Lunch was delivered so Hayes didn’t have to cook another meal on board.
