The University of Maryland's Baltimore campus steps up to help people in West Baltimore.
There's a town hall meeting Monday night called Partnership with West Baltimore.
Over the past several years, the University of Maryland in Baltimore has been expanding in areas west of Martin Luther King Boulevard with the Biopark project.
The town hall meeting is at 6 p.m. at Union Baptist Church on Druid Hill Avenue.
