Hazmat crews responded to the BGE building after a package containing a "white powder" substance was received in the mail Monday morning.
Baltimore Fire crews responded to 110 Fayette Street at 10:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported and no employees were evacuated, officials said.
Crews are still investigating on the scene.
