Orioles' Opening Day to close roads in downtown Baltimore, parking restrictions in effect

BALTIMORE - Baseball is back! The Baltimore Orioles will take on the Minnesota Twins at 3:05p.m. Friday.

The game will cause heavy traffic congestion downtown. The Department of Transportation encourages you to park at Camden Yards or in garages north of the stadium. Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Any vehicles parked in violations will be ticketed and towed.

Parking Restrictions, beginning at 10:00a.m.:

  • East side of Greene Street from Lombard Street to Washington Boulevard
  • East side of Eutaw Street from Pratt to Lombard Streets
  • Camden Street from Howard to Russell Streets
  • North side of Conway Street from Charles to Sharp Streets

Street closures, beginning at 1:00p.m.

  • Eutaw Street from Camden to Pratt Streets
  • Camden Street from Howard to Russell Streets
  • Lee Street from Ramp D to Russell Street
  • Washington Boulevard from Paca to Greene Stretes
  • Hamburg Street from Russell to Leadenhall Streets

Public Transportation Options:
The Metro Subway, Light Rail, Park and Ride express bus services, and the Charm City Circulator are all mass transit options that can take passengers to the stadium.
