The store also add 85 new jobs.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place this morning.
The store comes with a new, easy-to-shop layout that Manager Teresa Vaughn says customers will appreciate.
This Walmart includes a bakery and a deli.
The Hampstead store includes energy-efficient technology and environmentally friendly features to reduce energy and water consumption and minimize waste.
Equipped with skylights, the store harvests daylight and reduce the amount of energy required for lighting.
The store will open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
