Mosby tops Bernstein in Baltimore City State's Attorney race

Marilyn Mosby was nominated Baltimore City State’s Attorney after winning more than 54 percent of the vote in Tuesday’s election.

Mosby unseated Gregg Bernstein as the city’s top prosecutor, getting 33,801 votes to Bernstein's 27,977 votes, according to the state board of elections.

Mosby is a former city prosecutor. Bernstein has served a single four-year term in the office.
