MLK re-enactor to perform 'I Have a Dream' speech at Baltimore City Hall Rotunda

BALTIMORE, Md. - To help commemorate the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, City Council President Bernard C. "Jack" Young will host a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. re-enactor to perform King's famed "I Have a Dream" speech in its entirety.
Stephon Ferguson, the only person licensed by the King Family Estate to perform speeches written by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr
., will perform the speech at 8:30 a.m. at the Baltimore City Hall Rotunda.
"I was a young child in 1963, but I have vivid memories of how our nation united around a demand for equal treatment of all citizens," said Young in a statement. "I am honored to mark this anniversary by hosting a re-enactment of one of Dr. King's most influential speeches."
Ferguson is a former news reporter and talk show host from Fayetteville, N.C.. He now works as a licensed re-enactor, motivational speaker, gospel comedian and voice over artist.
