It was a party with a purpose in Hunt Valley on Friday evening.

A sold-out crowd gathered to raise awareness about ALS and celebrate O.J. Brigance's 49th birthday.

Happy Birthday in Italian, nobody brings a birthday greeting better than Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker.

Tucker surprised O.J. with a song.

Brigance was diagnosed with ALS Lou Gehrig's Disease 11 years ago.

The former Ravens and his wife Chanda started the Brigance Brigade to support families living with the disease.

"Giving back is something near and dear to O.J. and Myhearts. Although we're going through this season, this walk that we're going through we still have a heart for others as well."

This is the fourth year for the birthday bash.

100% of proceeds from this birthday bash will equip, encourage, and empower people living with ALS.
