Firefighter, civillian hurt in Baltimore fire

Two people, including a firefighter, were injured after a fire broke out in Baltimore home early Tuesday morning.

Around 1:49 a.m. fire crews were called to the 5900 block of Cedonia Avenue, the Baltimore City Fire Department said.

The fire was placed under control around 2:35 a.m., but not before two people were hurt.

One civilian and one Baltimore firefighter were taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.

Neither person’s injuries were believed to be life-threatening.
