Father of 4-year-old boy arrested after boy was accidentally shot in the upper body by his brother.
Police say detectives arrested Lamont Pulley, 30, Friday night.

Pulley is being charged with possession of a handgun and failing to store a loaded handgun properly.
Police say Pulley is prohibited from possessing a handgun.
