Family and friends need help finding a missing 17-year-old in Baltimore.
Emanuelle Adkins was last seen Saturday on Garret Avenue near Bonaparte Avenue in East Baltimore.
Adkins is described as 5'9" tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, white long-john thermal pants and black dress shoes. His family says he does not speak.
