Donald Trump, who recently nabbed the official nomination for the presidency from the Republican Party, said Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby should "prosecute herself" during a press conference he gave Wednesday in Doral, Florida.

Trump said that while there are times that police officers behave "very badly," prosecutors have to choose the right case--and that the death of Freddie Gray was not the right case to pursue.
"I think she ought to prosecute herself, okay, that's my reaction," Trump said. "I think it was disgraceful, what she did, and the way she did it."
He credited the officers involved for not taking a plea deal, and instead sticking things out and taking a trial.

Before moving on to the next question at his press conference, Trump called Mosby a "disgrace to the world of prosecutors."
Mosby gave a press conference following the announcement to drop all remaining charges, where she defended her choice to prosecute and reiterated that she was anti-police brutality, not anti-police.
