More than 200 acres of land will be developed into residential and commercial property, as well as public parks, according to plans for Port Covington unveiled Thursday.
Sagamore Development's master plan for Port Covington was revealed to the public, and the reaction was mostly positive.
Financing for the project will be debated separately.
The Baltimore City Department of Planning will continue to take public comment through June 16, which residents can submit through plan@baltimorecity.gov.
A vote is expected to be taken on June 23.
