World-renowned celebrity chef and star of Fox's "Hell's Kitchen," Gordon Ramsay, announced that he's bringing a restaurant to Baltimore.
Gordon Ramsay Steak is currently under construction through a partnership with Horseshoe Casino Baltimore. The pair will bring Gordon Ramsay Steak to the space currently occupied by Jack Binion's Steak on the casino's first level.
"I'm thrilled to be coming to Baltimore, a really exciting and emerging culinary city," Ramsay said in a news release. "Our exceptional team is developing a menu that will combine the best dry-aged beef, finest seafood and freshest locally-sourced ingredients to create a unique Charm City dining experience."
Gordon Ramsay Steak's menu will include a variety of dishes, ranging from American Kobe to the Royal Long-bone Chop for two. The menu will also honor Ramsay's British roots with food items including Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
The restaurant will also feature a wide selection of wine and barrel-aged cocktail classics with a twist.
"We're looking forward to adding this amazing dining concept by one of the world's most accomplished chefs to our wide array of offerings," said Horseshoe Baltimore Senior Vice President and General Manager Erin Chamberlin. "Gordon Ramsay Steak set a new standard for excellence in Las Vegas a city known for its world-class dining and we anticipate doing the same here in Baltimore."
Gordon Ramsay Steak is set to open in November 2017.
