BARCS Animal Shelter is at capacity and waiving all adoption fees.
According to a Facebook post, the shelter has taken in 250 new animals in the past week. The shelter says they need help getting their dogs adopted.
Although the fees are waived, regular adoption fees will still apply. The shelter asks you bring a valid photo ID that matches your current address or an additional bill or bank statement with that address.
BARCS is located at 301 Stockholm St. in Baltimore.
