The revived Baltimore speed and red light cameras will start issuing fines Monday.

The cameras began testing last month. There was a 30-day warning period, in which drivers received warning notices in the mail. Starting Monday, drivers who exceed the posted limit by at least 12 miles per hour will be subject to a $40 fine.
