BALTIMORE (WMAR) - The sun sets on a one of a kind, Baltimore gem. At the age of 82, the fiery Hall of Famer and former Orioles manager Earl Weaver is dead but will never be forgotten .
The 1,480 games won – we remember.

When giving a speech during the June 2012 statue unveiling, Weaver said "...each time I came back (to Baltimore) I was amazed how fans remembered the past. "
