One hundred and fifty students learned about physical activity and healthy eating during the Fuel Up to Play 60 at M and T Bank Stadium Monday.

Baltimore Ravens punter Sam Koch was there to teach kids the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.

For Koch, teaching kids is extremely important--especially during the holiday.

"This is the season to give so i cherish this part of this season just to be able to go out there and especially educate these kids and the valuable effects at a young age to be able to go and get a good, healthy breakfast early in the morning. That way when they go to school they're very attentive, they're able to learn, be at the teacher's attention and be able to make more of a good full day," he said.

Fuel Up to Play 60 is a health and wellness program designed to get kids up and moving and thinking about what they eat.
