Cities across the country hope to be the location of Amazon's second headquarters.

A new study says Baltimore isn't a top candidate.

Sperling's Best Places ranks Baltimore 21st. Topping the list is Atlanta. Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and D.C. round out the top 5.

Amazon's bid for HQ2 drew 238 responses across the U.S. The tech giant will likely narrow those proposals down to a short list next month.

The project is expected to generate 5 billion dollars in investment and employ 50,000 people.
