Two Baltimore Police patrol officers are being hailed this weekend after they came across a man who had fallen, had no heartbeat and was not breathing.  Officers acted quickly to administer CPR and were able to get him breathing again and called paramedics who took the man to an area hospital.

T.J. Smith, spokesman for the Baltimore Police Department, says the man is believed to be in his 60’s and appears to have fallen out of a chair; the incident occurred in the area of Pratt St and Carey St. on Saturday.

Officers are hopeful for his recovery.
