BALTIMORE - Stuffed animals are falling off of a stoop in the 300 block of Bruce Street where Monday a brave 8-year-old died in a fire after saving his sister's life.
Soon the block will have a new name.
Baltimore officials said Friday that Bruce Street will be renamed Decerio Coley Lane after the little boy who died trying to save his younger brother minutes after dangling his 4-year-old sister out of a window of a burning row house.
