BALTIMORE - All Baltimore City young people, ages 18 and younger, are eligible to participate in this summer’s free breakfast and lunch program.
The program is being conducted by Baltimore City Public Schools and is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by the Maryland State Department of Education. The program provides breakfast and lunch free of charge to children at school sites during the summer.
Meals are available to all young people 18 or under, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability. Locations for meal services, as well as open dates and times for each location, can be found here or by calling 211.
The program runs Mondays through Fridays from June 17 to Aug. 16. Breakfast is typically served around 8 or 8:30 a.m. and lunch at approximately noon.
