UPDATE: Police say they have located the child's mother and the two have been reunited.

Baltimore Police located a baby girl wandering at the intersection of E. 20th and Wolfe Streets Monday around 6:45 a.m.
The girl was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
Officers weren't able to locate her parents.
