Monday is the last chance to fill out an application to join Baltimore's Community Oversight Task Force.

There are five open positions on the task force, which will oversee police reforms mandated by the city's consent decree with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh launched an online portal, which allows anyone to access information about the force.

The public can follow proceedings and learn about opportunities to provide oversight.

"This is going to be a transparent and open process because we need the community's input to make true reforms to our police department and to build a stronger relationship between the community and the department," said Pugh.

Pugh said the public will be able to follow Baltimore City police reforms "from start to finish."
