Its holiday season in Baltimore! What better way to kick off the season than with the 46th annual lighting of the Washington Monument in the historic Mount Vernon.

The event featured live performances by City College, the Peabody Community Chorus, Harbor City Music Company, Orch Kids, the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, and much more.
Kids played in the Whole Foods Market Family Area, featuring crafts, live performances, costumed characters, and pics with Santa, while parents got to stay warm with adult beverages.
The best parts of the evening was a special performance from Dru Hill, the lighting, and a spectacular fireworks finale.
