BALTIMORE - A head-on crash at the Curtis Creek Drawbridge killed one child and one adult Sunday night.
Police say that Victoria Lynn DeAngelo entered the outerloop of 695 near Exit 1 driving the wrong direction when she crashed head-on into a SUV.
That SUV was carrying Kimberly Taylor of White Marsh, and her daughters, Lily Joseven Kelley, 3, and 2-month-old Mackenzie Kelley.
MDTA say that 21-year-old DeAngelo of Dundalk was pronounced dead on the scene.
Three-year-old Lily Joseven Kelley also died after being rushed to Hopkins.
Taylor is in serious condition at shock trauma and Mackenzie Kelley is in stable condition at Hopkins.
Police say its too early to tell if drugs, alcohol or speeding were a factor in the crash.
The crash shut down Eastbound 695 (Outer loop) and drivers were told to use either 95 or 895 instead to go over the Patapsco.
The Outer loop lanes reopened just before 3 a.m. on Monday morning.
