BALTIMORE (WMAR) - The Gilman dome is frozen against the morning sky. The windmill maker puts on a show 7:30 a.m. every morning.
Look at the crowd coming to see him on Roland Avenue. Now you know his name - Greg Phillips.
He makes waves, claps, and salutes as he escorts his "sons" to school at Gilman.
Nobody has more fun at his job than this City College grad, now retiree.
He's the man who plays in traffic every day, watches his backside, and just gives us the best greeting to start the day.
Mr. Greg is turning into a Baltimore institution. So, tomorrow when you see Mr. Greg, just tell him, you are "2 Good to be True."
