A woman was injured in a house fire in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue Wednesday.
The victim was transported to University Hospital. Her condition is unknown.
Fire crews were called to the scene around 8:30 p.m. The fire was contained to the first floor, fire officials said. As of 9:10 p.m. the fire had been knocked.
