One person was injured in a Friday afternoon fire on Fayette Street, Baltimore City fire officials said.
When units arrived around 1:30 p.m., responders found a three-story rowhouse with fire coming from the third floor. A man was trying to escape from a third floor window.
Firefighters were able to rescue the man, who is listed in serious condition.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
