ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) -- Annapolis Police have arrested and charged a man was reportedly caught red handed leaving a burglary scene.
At about 6:45 a.m., Monday, a resident in the unit block of Silopanna Road returned home to find a man that she did not know inside her home.
The man left the residence and the woman called police.
Officers located Carlos Medina Perdomo, 28, of Annapolis as he was walking away from the residence with the womans' stolen jewelry in his possession.
Perdomo was arrested and charged with first, third and fourth degree burglary, and theft under $100. He is being held on a $5,000 bond.
