Public Works will be shutting off water in parts of downtown Annapolis due to water main repair.
According to officials water shut off will start Wednesday, November 15 from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. for the following areas:
• King George from Wagner to East
• College from Prince George to King George
• Randall from Prince George to King George
• East Street
• Maryland Ave. from Hanover to Prince George
• Cumberland Ct
• Main Street
• Market Place
They say if there are problems shutting the water off, the secondary plan would be to shut the water off for the entire downtown area, including bars and restaurants.
The water will not be turned off until after midnight and it will be back on by 6:00 a.m
