Annapolis Police said some streets may be closed Wednesday due to high water levels.
Water levels are high on the Dock Street and Compromise Street roadways, according to police, yet high tide hasn’t yet arrived.
The roadways are still open to motorists, however Compromise Street could be closed through Eastport as waters rise.
The National Weather Service issued a Coastal Flood Advisory in Anne Arundel County until 5 a.m. Thursday, bringing onshore winds and high tides that could flood low areas along the shore.
Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll and Cecil Counties are also under a Coastal Flood Advisory.
