The 23-year-old man killed in a Glen Burnie motorcycle crash Tuesday night has been identified.
Carlos Pankau of Glen Burnie was killed when he was hit by a Ford Explorer driven by Ronald Waters, 63, also of Glen Burnie.
The accident happened about 6 p.m. Anne Arundel County Police said the motorcycle was westbound on Marley Neck Road when the eastbound SUV attempted to turn left onto East Howard Road.
The motorcycle struck the passenger side of the Ford, which threw Pankau into the road's shoulder. He was wearing a helmet, but died at the scene. Waters was not injured.
An investigation continues.
