One person was transported to Shock Trauma Monday afternoon following a biking accident, Anne Arundel fire officials said.

Just before 12:30 p.m., firefighters responded to an injured person on the WB&A Trail in Odenton. About a half mile south of the intersection of Conway Road and Two Rivers Boulevard, firefighters located a 50-year-old injured male cyclist and his bike at the bottom of a hill.

Fire officials said the patient had no recollection of an accident and that there were no witnesses. Officials said his injuries were serious, but not believed to be life-threatening.
