3 robbers exchange gunfire with pizza shop owner in Crownsville

Robbers exchanged gunfire with a pizza shop owner in Crownsville late Sunday night, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

They say three men robbed Milano Pizza on Generals Highway in Crownsville.

The owner told officers that three men entered the building while he was closing for the night.

The owner met the robbers' demands and they then fled from the area.

As they were fleeing, the owner said he exchanged gunfire with the men.

It is unknown if any of the men were injured in the exchange.

The first two suspects are black males estimated to be between 20 and 25 years old. They are described as being around 6 feet tall with a thin build. They were both wearing dark clothing and ski masks.

The third suspect is a white male around 5-foot-8 with a heavy build. He was wearing a blue jacket and black pants.
