Police are investigating after a car slammed into house in Anne Arundel County Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities said no one was hurt inside the house on Arundel Road after an SUV smashed through the front of the home.
Police say Harvey Branston was behind the wheel of the car and alcohol was a factor in the accident.
Homeowners say repairs could take up to a year and family won't be able to live in the house until they're complete.
