Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, is trying to do damage control after a scathing article came out in Sports Illustrated, calling his organization corrosive and hostile.

The article has dozens of accusations of sexual misconduct by some of his top employees, including his former CEO, Terdema Ussery, who also worked for Under Armour. Ussery worked for Under Armour briefly in 2015 as the president of global sports.

Multiple sources told Sports Illustrated about one situation during Ussery's time at Under Armour where he allegedly acted in a sexually inappropriate manner toward a female co-worker. She told Human Resources, and months later Ussery resigned.

The company told Sports Illustrated they couldn't talk about the matter, but they are taking the allegations seriously. They also didn't confirm if the incident happened at Under Armour headquarters in Baltimore.

Before his time at Under Armour,  Ussery worked for 18 years as the CEO of the Mavericks where he had a reputation for being a sexual predator. Dozens of women told Sports Illustrated about Ussery acting inappropriately toward them. Some even quit because of what they called an "animal house" type atmosphere in the workplace.
