Really Nebraska? You are equating someone thowing a newborn down a port-o-potty hole... with a woman choosing to terminate an embryo...in a hospital.. the proper(and LEGAL, I might add)way...really?!?! Honestly, this person deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law. But let's not turn this into a religious debate, keep your beliefs out of my uterus, thank you very much!

A lady doesn't really want her baby so she finds a way to get rid of it... Is this much different than an abortion?

She should be charged with attempted murder. Let's dump her in a port-o-potty and just leave her with no way out.

That is sick, she is an evil bit** to have then leave her baby floating in that???? Disgusting, I hope she rots in jail. So many people can't have children and would love to give that baby a home, what she did is so wrong on so many levels.
