According to the Frederick County State's Attorney says two high school teachers are charged with sexually abusing students.
Robert Rich, a science teacher at Catoctin High School is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17 year old female student.
On Friday a grand jury indicted Rich, who is 47, on one count of child sex abuse on school property and other charges.
And a 25 year old theater and band teacher at Ballenger Creek Middle School, Adam Windsor, was indicted for allegedly taking cell phone video of 13 and 14 year old girls changing clothes.
Windsor, who is also from Hagerstown, was indicted on two counts of child sex abuse and other charges.
Rich and Windsor are on administrative leave and each could face 25 years in prison if convicted.
