Sex Offender On The Loose in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- New Castle County police say they are on the lookout for a high-risk sex offender who removed a monitoring device and fled from home confinement.

Police say William Jackson of New Castle is wanted for failure to reregister as a sex
offender.
