Anne Arundel County Police are looking for a man they say robbed the Glen Burnie Sprint PCS store Wednesday evening.

The man walked into the store in the 6700-block of Ritchie Highway at around 8 p.m. just as the store was closing. The suspect, armed with a silver handgun, punched an employee in the face and then took an undetermined amount of money from the desktop. He fled the store on foot in an unknown direction.

Officers searched the area but were not able to find the man.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 40's with white facial hair. He is approximately 5'8" tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black gloves, and a blue skull cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.
