Baltimore County has demolished a vacant residential building causing problems in one neighborhood.
Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith made the announcement today. The County destroyed the building at 106 Greenwood Avenue in Overlea because of complaints from neighbors. Residents say there were break-ins and parties inside the building. Neighbors also say the outside of the building was vandalized.
