More Than 1000 People Receive H1N1 Vaccine

More than one thousand people received the H1N1 vaccine Saturday at Mt. Pleasant Church.

H1N1 shots were administered to the CDC priority groups which include health care providers, pregnant women, people ages 25 to 64 who have chronic illnesses, caregivers of children under 6 months of age, and people 6 months to 24 years of age.

If you missed your free swine flu shot, there are more vaccinations available. The next clinic will be Tuesday at Camden Yards from 10 am to 4 pm.

Pregnant women may call (443) 984-4FLU to receive the H1N1 vaccine by appointment.
